1. The 4-Hour Track: Foundational Guardian Proficiency
This block establishes the absolute minimum mechanical, legal, and medical baseline required to safely carry a defensive asset in an educational environment.
Module 1: Legal Thresholds & The Guardian Mandate (1 Hour)
Deep dive into Utah statutory codes regarding the use of deadly force in defense of self and others on school grounds.
Analyzing the legal triad of self-defense: Ability (means), Opportunity (proximity), and Jeopardy (intent) within a classroom setting.
