Course Curriculum Breakdown
Hour 1: The Psychology of the Proactive Mindset
The first hour strips away passive conditioning and establishes the psychological blueprint for survival.
Deconstructing the Freeze Response: Understanding why humans naturally freeze when targeted by violence, and how to utilize cognitive conditioning to bypass the sympathetic nervous system's panic loop.
The Offensive vs. Defensive Mindset: Shifting from a mindset of "What is happening to me?" to an offensive posture of "What am I going to do to you?" This psychological transition instantly disrupts an attacker’s momentum and keeps your cognitive processing inside the OODA loop (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act).
Situational Inoculation & Pre-Attack Indicators: Utilizing the Cooper Color Code system to identify predatory behavior, anomalies in human geometry, and environmental red flags before violence erupts.
