Block 1: Legal Updates, Case Law Analysis, & The Draw Stroke (2 Hours)

The course begins by auditing and sharpening your defensive foundation, ensuring your legal knowledge and physical mechanics are current and flawless.

  • Statutory Updates & Recent Case Law: A comprehensive review of recent state and federal rulings impacting concealed carry, self-defense liability, and evolving definitions of "imminent threat."

  • Civil Liability & The Post-Incident Timeline: Analyzing the financial and legal aftermath of a defensive shooting. Understanding how to navigate police interviews, secure counsel, and mitigate civil exposure.

  • Re-Engineering the Draw Stroke: Diagnosing and refining your concealed presentation from real-world everyday carry (EDC) clothing configurations. Drills focus on clearing modern garments, establishing a master grip under pressure, and reducing mechanical drag.
